Journal options

When attempting to change my Journal options, I am only
given MS Access as an option from which to record files -
Excel, Word, etc do not appear as options with which to
check the boxes. Any ideas why, and how to get around this?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the
Swen virus, all e-mails sent to my actual account will be deleted w/out
