JPEG file conversion

We have OfficeXP. We were emailed some JPEG documents. I
would like to save them into Word but when I do they can
not be read because they are encoded text. What converter
should I get so that we can read and print these files
from word?

You can't. You need to open JPEG picture in a picture viewer/editor like
Internet Explorer or Microsoft Photo Editor. You can however insert the
picture into Word by using Insert-> Picture-> From File...

Please continue this in another newsgroup as apart from you got the pictures
mailed to you it is not Outlook related.
