.jpg attachment difficulties

User has OL2002 on XP Pro. When try to open .jpg
attachments, get error message "Specified file cannot be
found". However, can save file and then open with no
problem, just by double clicking. Can open other
attachments. Is there some setting I've overlooked that I
need to change?

We also have the same problem on outlook 2000 and Windows
XP Home addition. Have you received an answer?
