.jpg attachment difficulties

User is running OL2002 on XP Pro. When attempt to
open .jpg attachments, get error "Specified file cannot
be found". Other attachments open fine. Can save .jpg
attachment to disk then open no problem. Is there a
setting I've missed? Anyone have a solution for me?Thanks.
