jpg truncation problem

I have Publisher 2003 and I created a flower.jpg to put
on a brochure. The flower.jpg has Word Art text above and
below. It looks fine when I Print Preview the page.
However the flower petal edges when printed are cut-off.
I tried to resize(make smaller) the flower thinking that
the Word Art text was causing the truncation of the
flower jpg. I would save my changes. However, when I
print the page, it is as though I did not make changes.
The jpg was not smaller.

Note: I have to click Ctrl + M to edit it. It is on the
master paqe. Don't know anything about Master pages but
stubbled into setting this and don't know if there is any
relationship to the above.

Any suggestions please?

Thanks,
Susan

Can you send me the file?
Are you certain the WordArt is transparent? What happens if you bring the flower to
the front and send the WordArt to the Master Page?
Remove "my" to reply.

I think I have worked around it. I have a laptop and a
desktop computer. I have Pub 2003 on the laptop and Pub
2002 on the desktop. The desktop has the printer. I copied
the Pub 2003 to CD to transfer to the Desktop and print.
I was trying to modify the document with Pub 2002 and
print it off and encountered these problems.

I later just attached the laptop to the printer. (I could
not do this before because the laptop, in another room,
was tied to phone line doing long download). The document
with the jpg printed off fine.

Thanks,
Susan
