I have M/S office 2000 with Windows 98 (yes I know very old) and I was trying
to delete some junk mail and now the cursor has frozen on it and my egg timer
is up and nothing happens. I have to press control/alt /delete to get out but
now I cannot access my emails. Could this be a virus( no chance of updating
computer at the mo). I have run AVAST virus cleaner but it says there is no
virus,unless that is the virus talking.
Can anyone help
