Almost all of my incoming mail has suddenly started going into the junk email box. I've tried altering the settings, even to zero, but it makes no difference. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Only three things in Entourage can automatically move messages: Rules,
Junk E-mail Protection and the Mailing List Manager.

Check each of the menu items under the Tools menu for something that's
moving your messages to your Junk E-mail folder.

Hope this helps!

You must have a rule that is moving the message. The most likely culprit is
the Mailing List Manager (MLM). It's very easy to set up a MLM rule by
accident, when you are marking a message as 'not junk'. The wording of that
dialog is ambiguous to say the least. Check if there is an MLM entry (look
for MLM entries under the tools menu) with the incorrect destination folder
as the target folder. Mailing List Manager rules run before your other
rules.

Great. Thanks. Working now.

I'm having the same problem. I've check the three items as mentioned and no help. Maybe an update has caused this?

My Junk is going into my inbox (other way round to the above) In my MLM there is only one entry and this is a legitimate mail from a holiday company. Help?

If it is a different problem, please create a new post.

Did you open the MLM rule to see whether the rule is still properly
configured? Also, check Tools>Rules for regular rules that might cause the
problem.
