I have a user on Outlook 2003 connecting to a SBS 2003 exchange server in
cached mode who has email from certain people being placred in to her junk
mail folder, despite these senders being white listed. As there is already a
3rd party spam filter on the server, how can I permanently turn off the junk
mail feature to avoid this happening?
