Just a beginner. Border problem. Can U help?

I have started a web site www.HolyHookUp.net and am
having problems with the border on the left side. I want
to add a clip art but not have it change the button links
or copy to the other pages. I only want it on the one
page.

I know this is simple but...

Since it is a "shared border" - the contents of that shared border will
appear on all pages that "share" it. A solution might be to remove the left
shared border from just that one page - copy the content you want from the
shared border to the page on the left - + your clipart.
