keep getting error message when importing clipart

While in Publisher I am trying to import clipart and keep getting this error
message:
The appropriate graphic converter is not available. I have reinstaleld my
software using the full install setting. I have downloaded all updates and
it still won't work. Can somone help me?

Clear your cache, in IE, tools, Internet Options, delete files. If that doesn't cure
your issue, post back.
