Keep getting Windows Login

P

Pat

I've searched and searched the group for an answer to my issue and
haven't yet found anything that exactly matches my problem.

Problem: One user (only 1 user) keeps getting the Windows user
account Login box when they go to PWA. The strange thing with this
problem is, that PWA still loads in the background. You can see the
PWA Home page. If you keep clicking the cancel button on the Login
dialog it eventually goes away but then returns when you click on any
link. For example we go to the home page. Cancel out of the Login
box. We can see the Home page. We click on the Tasks menu. Again
the dialog returns but we can see the Tasks page load in the
backgroud, grid and all.

We are using Windows Authentication with Active Directory sync. The
user obviously has a AD account and has been automatically added to
our Enterprise Resources through the AD sync process.

We have run the sync for Admin Accounts and SharePoint sites.

I have also checked his Internet Options - Security settings. All are
check to allow automatic login.

We are using 2003 by the way. He's a UM fan which may be part of the
problem lol (go AS!).

Help!!!!
