After reading my email I went out of outlook, but when I
came right back in I am now receiving a message that the
file name is all ready used and that I need to rename it.
The only option I have then is to click OK, then I get a
message that Norton's Anti-Spam needs to restart outlook.
When it restarts I get the same messages, its in a never
ending loop. I have to control-alt-del to stop it. Then
when I try to go in again I just get the message box
about reporting an error to microsoft. I'm running Win XP
and just installed Nortons SystemsWorks, Personal
Firewall, AntiSpam, and Norton GoBack. I tried to Goback
to a previous date with both GoBack and Win XP Restore.
They both come back saying they can't restore data. I
tried going back to before I installed the Norton software
but got the message that it can't be restored and pick
another date, I tried 4-5 different dates. Under another
user on the same computer Outlook works perfectly.
Thanks in advance for all your help.
