Keyboard problems

I have an odd issue going on with my laptop and Outlook 2003. When I hit
certain keys on the keyboard, Things happen that I dont want. For instance,
if I have Outlook open and I'm not in the process of reading or writing an
email, and I certain letters on the keyboard, it changes my view. If I'm
writing an email and I hit certain keys, the email will be sent. I'm not
using Outlook shortcuts. I'm just hitting the keys themselves.

You probably have a stuck CTRL or ALT key then. Clean the keyboard (blowing
really hard usually helps to get some dirt from underneath the keys) and try
again.

It's not the keyboard. I plugged a USB keyboard into the laptop and I have
the same problem. I tried restoring the laptop back a month but that didn't
work. It's really odd. If I hit the letter t, it's like hitting the END
key. If I hit it again it brings me back up to the top (HOME Key)

No. When Composing messages, hitting random keys causes the email to be sent
unfinished. The problem I described below occurs when I don't have an email
open.
If I just have outlook open, hitting the letter T or H rearranges the
current view. I've checked the keyboard settings, layout, and language. The
only language installed is English. I've restored the PC back a month to
before I installed Virtual PC 2007 thinking that may have been the issue, but
it wasn't.
