Landscape???

I am having trouble viewing/printing all my documents in
landscape on my print preview. (And I have already set my
options to landscape) Dunno. Somewhat excel saavy and
have no clue to what to try now. It's been this way for
approx. 3 months and our administrator is at a loss too.
HELP!
