language bar

The language bar in my Office 2003 does not show any
writing tools or functions. I'm trying to get the write
anywhere function to work and Office 2003 instructions
show a writing tool on the language bar that I don't
have. How do I activate or show this tool?

Hi Dennis,

In Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel
bring up the Microsoft Office 2003 choice and check
to see if the alternate input features are installed.
If so then you can use the 'text services' icon in the
Control Panel to configure the features available.
