Language problem in Outlook 2003

I am having problems with my Outlook 2003.

Om my computer there was earlier an Outlook with Finnish language installed.
Now I am trying to install a new one with Swedish.

Evertyhing seems OK, but the folder list in Outlook is still in Finnish, all
other is Swedish.

I have tried to do everything, but no matter how I re-install or delete the
old version, I get the folderlist i Outlook in Finnish.

Any suggestion what to do?
