Ledger size 11" x 17" for newsletter pub2002

I would like to make a newsletter using one sheet of 11"
x 17" paper, printed horizontally, and folded in half.
This essentially makes four pages that are 8.5" x 11". I
can't figure out how to Publisher 2002 to format a
newsletter this way. Any advice???

If you are printing to a local printer - you go to Print,
choose the local printer and click on Book Printing
Options - Then Choose Print as book.

I'm trying to figure out how to do the same thing except
print to a network printer.
