In Word 2007, when in Print Layout view there seems to be no way to pull
down the top margin as there is on W2000. In the latter the top of the ruler
above the top margin is greyed and you can grab the bottom edge and pull it
down, thereby increasing the top margin. The same goes for - in reverse -
the bottom margin.
Why not in W2007? Or is there some setting that I've missed?
