Leveling not working properly for a particular user

Hi All,

I have an situation where levelling is not working properly for a particular
user, however it works fine when I open the same master project and perform
the levelling.

We have compared all of the options that seem appropriate which are in sync
including the levelling order of 'Priority, Standard' & the calculation mode
is set to automatic etc

Background info - Within the master there are 5 sub projects, each with
varying priorities. However when levelling, the user in question does NOT get
the tasks levelling the correct way around (based on priorities) however it
works in the correct way for me - any ideas ?

Any help will be appreciated.

and Project proves us feble human beings once again - seems 'Priority,
Standard' was not selected (was sure we double checked that...) sorry guys
