Leveling of Recurring tasks

Leveling of Recurring tasks does not seem to be working. Is this possible?

Hello Bill;

By default, Recurring tasks have a high priority: 1000. So they can't be
affected by a leveling..

..... But of course you can change the priority of the individual recurring
tasks!
