Levy-Jennings chart

How can I do a levy-jennings chart in access? I have a Mean and Standard
Dev. with many control data points to chart over 30 days (time frame). I
would like it to appear in a report. I would also like to be able to change
the Mean & SD automatily, when I chose another Control. Is this possible???
