License for more than 1 computer

Becky

I was wondering how our office could get licensed to use
Microsoft Office 2003 on more than 1 computer without
buying 3 different software packages. We only have 3
computers in our office.

Becky,

You need to purchase 3 separate licenses for Office.

Hi Becky,

To add to Chip's reply, Microsoft Office is license
is on a 'per person' basis. The retail editions can
be installed on a desktop and portable machine for
use by a one person, the OEM editions are licensed
to the machine they ship with.

Even with only 3 machines you may want to look
at the MS Open License program. It requires 5 licensed
MS product purchases initially, but that doesn't mean
5 copies of Office. http://microsoft.com/licensing
