I have purchased publisher 2003 and are using it at 2 different locations.
Just wondering how much it would be to purchase another license on a
different computer or if i have to buy another copy.

As for the price, exactly the same as you paid for that one - MS offers no
discounts for a second licence (and, yes, you would require one).

Unless one is a portable (in which case they needn't be at "two separate
locations"), then you DO have to purchase a separate license.

In addition to the other replies here, you should be able to "get away" with
using one copy of Publisher on 2 machines, so long as one is considered
portable (that is what I would tell them when you activate it on the other
machine). If you think you need a 3rd copy for yet another machine, the
price will be the same as your first purchase.
