Lightbulb help feature

Can someone please help me urgently. When there is an error on a PP page it shows a lightbulb to advise where the error is. I don't seem to be able to get this lightbulb feature on my system - can anyone advise please as soon as possible.

Select "Tools" | "Options..." menu item.
On the "Spelling and Style" tab, make sure that "Check Style" box is
checked.
Click OK.

Now you will see the light bulb - which is shown when any thing on the slide
doesn't conform to a predefined style setting.
