like to save internet explora favorets

can i save to disc or floppy my favoerets as i have to wipe clean my pc to
down load new soft ware as i have counterfit on xp and have new one but dont
whant to lose all my sites
many thanks for help

Hi Ruth,

Yes, you can. Search for the Favourites folder and copy it. However, this
newsgroup is specifically for matters dealing with Microsoft Project. I
suggest you try to find a more appropriate newsgroup that deals with
Internet Explorer problems.

Hi Ruth,

You have posted your question to a newsgroup about Microsoft Project, a
project management scheduling program. If my directions below do not
work, please re-post your question to a newsgroup for Microsoft Internet
Explorer.

To save your favorites from Internet Explorer:
In Internet Explorer's menu, click on File > Import and Export.
The Import/Export Wizard will appear.
Click Next>
Under the list of actions to perform click on Export Favorites.
Click Next >
In the page with Export Favorites Source Folder click the Favorites
folder.
Click Next >
The option "Export to a File or Address should be selected. If you wish
to save your favorites to a floppy disk, click the Browse button and
browse to the A:\ drive.
