Line Spacing Default

I would like to change the line spacing default to "0" Is this possible and
if so HOW? thanks

All new text boxes added to a presentation take on the
characteristics of the master slide text box formatting,
including line spacing. For an existing presentation only
the text boxes that are already from the master slide will
be updated to new settings.
