Link Counter

I would like to add link counters to a page. So that you
can tell how many times a link has been visited without
entering the page, ie. it's popularity. Is there a way to
do it?

I am also trying to get a spreadsheet to show in my web
site it looks fine when i preview it but when I publish
it, I get just a placeholder?
