i have auto shapes which i am using as a links to other
pages. when adding text to them, half of the text was
cut off at the bottom, so i decided to make a 100%
transparent text box directly over top of the autoshape.
seems to work fine, and looks great. if i want to create
the link, it underlines the text (ugly), and if i use the
shape as the link, the "link pointer" only changes when
not hovering over the text box. the same applies when
the objects are grouped. i would like to have a nice
link like i did create, but i would like it to have the
pointer when hovering over top of the whole object,
preferably grouped. or have my added text on the object
not be cut off at the bottom. its only that it centers
the text on the auto shape. i gues a way around it would
be to ask if there was a way to have the added text on an
object to be aligned at the top of it. any suggestions
would be much appreciated. TIA...spence
