Link problems

In every article I have found, it says to do the following:

I'd like to use the addresses in my contact list in my
Access Database, but I don't want to have to make changes
in both places when I have to update the information. How
can I do this?

A new wizard in Access makes it possible to link directly
to an Outlook data file. As a result, you can more easily
share information between the two applications.
----------------------------------------------------
1. Select File, Get External Data, Link Tables

2. In the Files Of Type list, select Outlook.

3. Select the Contacts Folder under your Mailbox in the
Link Exchange/Outlook Wizard

You'll have linked your MDB file to your Outlook Contacts
folder. Now when you add or modify data in Outlook or
Access, the link will automatically update the other.

---------------------------------------------------------

I can do 1 and 2. When I pick outlook on 2 nothing
happens. Also, I can't get to the Link Exchange/Outlook
wizard. Am I missing something. I am running Access 2000
and Outlook 2000
