Linking multiple tasks

I have several tasks, in order on the schedule, that need SS constraints. Is
there a way to select them all and do it all at once, or do I have to do them
one at a time? Thanks.

if the tasks are adjacent to each other, you could always type the entry in
the predecessors column and fill down (bottom right hand corner of the
cell - click & drag when you see the +)

Hi JFrancisco,

If you have Project 2002 or Project 2003, in the Project Guide toolbar,
click on Tasks. In the Tasks pane select "Schedule Tasks". There is a
button available on the Schedule Tasks pane to create Start to Start Links.
If you want multiple tasks linked sequentially with Start to Start Links,
select the tasks and click the button. That will link A to B to C etc with
SS links.

Hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Hi Julie

will that make C's predecessor B or A
my interpretation of the question was that A was the predecessor and B and C
were both successors to A

Hi Julie,

I read the original post several times and couldn't determine whether the
question was sequential SS links (A linked SS with B, B linked SS to C) or
as you suggest A linked SS with B and A linked SS with C. I hope with both
of our answers JFrancisco can use the response that best fits.

Your site looks great - but why no picture of you ;-)
