Linking notes and doc-/xls-files to a task

1. I would like to link notes with daystamp to a task
2. I would like to link (not atach) word and Excel files to the same tas

Open the Task and choose Insert-> Item... to include the note and add
shortcuts to the doc and xls-files

Post more info and your version of Outlook if this is not what you meant
