Hi!! Two questions:

1. Is there a way if I schedule some recurring status meetings that I can
link them to my outlook calendar?

2. where are project calendars stored?

Thanks so much ... Tina

link them to my outlook calendar?

[Julie] Not directly. If you are using Project 2007, you can set
reminders for tasks using the Set Reminder button on the Tracking
toolbar. However, this does not link the task in Project to your
Outlook task list -- it merely copies in information (one time). You
would need to modify the Outlook information if the Project task
moved.
2. where are project calendars stored?

[Julie] The are part of the project file (.mpp) You can copy
calendars from one project file to another project file using the
Organizer command in the Tools menu.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Oops ... wanted to ask another question ...

if I select multiple resources, is there a way to change say their
'availability' all at once ... I notice when I do this with tasks it works
.... the dialog does come up as 'multiple' but all fields are greyed out ...
thanks again, Tina

Hello Tina Marie,

Glad to have helped and thanks for the feedback.

To your newest question -- changing multiple resource availability.
As you discovered, the Resource Information dialog box doesn't work
the same as the Multiple Task Information dialog box. However,
depending upon what you mean by "availability" you can create a base
calendar and apply that base calendar to multiple resources. For
example, you may have people working on your project from another area
of the world which does not share the same holiday schedule as your
other resources, or you may have several resources who work difference
shift schedules. If you create a new base calendar (Tools > Change
Working Time, New) with those changes, you can then set the new base
calendar as the resource's base calendar on either the Resource Sheet
view (Base Calendar field) or using the Resource Information dialog
box.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
