Links in Emails

I have just signed up for DSL and am using my Outlook
Express to access my email account. For some reason if
someone sends me a hyper link in my email I can't get to
come up. I am running Win XP Professional and am using
Outlook 6 and have 6.0 Internet Explorer. I am sure it is
something simple can someone please help!
