Links in Outlook message

Lost ability to click on links within a message. Click on it and it does
nothing. Unable to locate problem/fix on Microsoft's site. Anyone else had
this problem and able to fix it?

Some more details are needed. For example are the messages in plain text?
rich text? html?

In IE, click Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings
