Links.....why does it not open?

Hi,
I have a W2K PC - With SP4, using Office 2000.
Issue is with my Internet links within Outlook 2000. When I receive any messages that has hyperlinks - it does not open Internet Explorer.
It used to work with any messages that I received prior to the 16th June....but now I can't.

Any ideas?? - Replies much appreciated.
