I am having a problem with outlook. When I get an email with a link to a
website which word wraps to a second line the whole link is not underlined
as below so I cannot click the link to access the site. how can i configure
outlook so I can get the whole like unlined then enabling me to link to a
site without cutting a pasting

That's often the fault of the sender and you can't affect it.

the sender has to send it in html format or enclose it in brackets <> so
outlook doesn't break it - once broken, you can only fix it by hitting
forward and removing the break. You can also open the message and use Edit,
edit message and fix it.

Except that not all clients support <>. Outlook will still break the line -
all it does it show the recipient where the url ends.
