list of fonts in toolbar for publisher is empty

I am using MS Office 2003. Only Publisher 2003 doesn't list fonts in the
toolbar. What do I do to get the fonts listed in the toolbar?

Did you look try modifying your toolbars?

Right-click the toolbar, click formatting.
