Live Broadcast feature in Powerpoint 2003

I have Powerpoint 2003 and downloaded the add-in for Presentation Broadcasting. When I try to create a broadcast though, I get the error message stating

The audio compression codec requested was not installed. Please contact your administrator..

what am I doing wrong here?
