Loading MicroSoft Office

I have discovered that after loading Service Pack 4 I
cannot load MS office. During the load I get prompted for
Service Pack 4 cd. I went to MS site and tried instructions
from knowledge base.
299606,324500, and 324654. None of these work. any
solutions please help.

Are you referring to Windows 2000 SP4? What version of Office - and
service pack are you trying to run?
