locate outlook express 6 in windows 2000

Previously I used outlook express 6 for my e-mail and was able to access outlook express by clicking on it in the menu on the left of the page. However, now I am getting only outlook express and do not know how to get express 6 and mke it my default e-mail. How can I open outlook express 6 first?
