location of address book and message files.

I need to format my hard disk, and I would like to keep
my address books and messages. I'm backing up everything
I need on a Zip disk, but I can't locate these files.
Please tell me how to find them. thanks.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the
