Locking image

I have a presentation were one slide has a map with locations around the
world that animate in. We recently burned the presentation on a cd and when
it was presented the map shifted and the locations were in the wrong place.
How do I lock the map without having to group and lock my animation?

Personally what I would do with an image that I want to have objects over
(and it is scaled to perfectly fit the slide dimensions) is to NOT use the
"Insert', "Picture", "From File" method, but to use the "Format",
"Background", click dropdown and select "Fill Effects', click the "Picture"
TAB and browse to and select your image. The image is now your slide
background, not an image on the slide. If your design template has objects
on the slide you might want to make sure the "Omit background graphics..."
checkbox is selected before clicking "OK".
