Locking images' position in powerpoint

Is there a way to lock the position of a graphic, image in PowerPoint?
Using XP and PowerPoint 2003.

You can put the graphic on a second master and use that only for the one slide.

thanks for the responses but I do have a lot of different graphics on each
slide unto which I will place text boxes or arrows and the likes.......

Too bad Microsoft does not do anything about this! Even Word has that
capacity - they should extend this functionnality to PPoint.
