I am having problems with laptop logging into my email server, have a Desktop
running same setting and thats fine. Get the following when I run email
settings Need Help
Log onto incoming mail server (POP3): the specified server was found, but
there was no response from the server. Please verify that port and SSL
information is correct. To access these settings close this dialog, then
click More Settings and click the Advance Tab.
I did what was asked and settings are same as desktop. I have no problem
with connecting to the internet, also can log into my email provider through
the internet so I know my login details are correct.
