Logging on in Outlook

Two of my users are using Outlook XP. When they click on
Outlook it opens to a log in box, requesting a password.
We type their password in and get this error
message, "Your logon information was incorrect. Check your
username and domain, then type your password again. If
your account is new or if your administrator requested a
password change you need to click Change Password then
logon with your new password." These users are not new and
the admin does not request a password change. We did
follow these instructions, and opened Outlook again and
went through this whole thing again. My admin has been
working on this and can not find a fix. I hope someone out
there is familiar with this error and can help me out.
Thanks!

Do the users get an error when trying to setup a new profile to the exchange
server? (the error could state something about not being able to logon to
the address book. if this is the error they get, uninstall/reinstall tcpip
on the problematic workstations. other things you might want to watch if a
Win2K/2K3 Active Directory domain with Exchange 2K/2K3 is that the users are
connecting to the correct Global Catalog server.)
