logining into Outlook

Hi

i have Outlook running with Excange Server in Win XP.
When i load Outlook up i get a window comming up asking
me for the usename, password and workgroup of the user.
is there any way of making this happen automatically?

It's not asking you for the workgroup, it's asking you for the domain. You
can accomplish what you want if you're running Windows XP Pro, joined to the
domain, and log into the domain with the account for which you're trying to
open the mailbox. Otherwise, Outlook is always going to ask you for
credentials as it isn't able to use the ones you logged in with.
