Look of Office 2003, spacialy Excel

Hello.
My Excel 2003 and the other applications of office 2003
has got a 3d-skin as default. it looks different to a
excel 2000 or excel 2002. is there any possibility to
change the look of excel 2003 to a normal style, without
3d effects.

Change your Windows settings to Classic view.

that's not the solve of the problem.

the problem is the "skin" of excel 2003, the buttons in the toolbar, they
are covered with a shadow, how can i change this?!

The closest you can come to changing the look is as Milly Suggested or
