Looking for a 12 month one page calendar

On the back cover of the booklet I am making for the first time in Publisher
this year, I have traditionally printed a 12 month (july to june) calendar by
printing one from the internet and then shrinking it via the copy machine
(the previous booklet was done as a cut and paste copy job). I am now trying
to figure out if I can replicate the same thing by importing (?)something
into Publisher and shrinking it to fit my page....does anyone know of any way
I might be able to do this? I've had no luck looking for something that
might work. Thanks, Gail

You can create a 12 month calendar in Publisher.

Just open a calendar template and go to...Calendar Options / Yearly.

Also you might try searching Google Images for
2007 Calendar. Here's an example:

Thanks, John. I can't use the Google one because I need the calendar to go
from July 2006 to June 2007. I couldn't figure out how to do that with the
Publisher templates either because even though it offered a "change dates",
it only offered a change of years, not months. But as I was experimenting
with that one I also ran into a problem trying to copy that calendar into my
Publisher booklet. I copied and pasted it and then resized it to fit my
smaller page (4.5 x 5.5). When I did that the numbers and days inside each
month went all askew. I'll keep playing around at it but if you have any
more suggestions, I'll be appreciative. Gail

When you make a yearly calendar that includes two years, you will get two pages.
Delete the months you don't want and move the others to the proper place. If you
use a busy template such as Art left the calendar will probably fit your booklet
layout without too much adjusting.

Mary, thank you for that hint. Creating the calendar that way worked but I
can't seem to figure out how to transfer it to my booklet. When I copy and
paste it, which seems to have to be done month by month, it changes
completely. The sizing is completely lost and then when I resize it, the day
letters line up vertically and the numbers are invisible. I had to create
the calendar using the File/New/Template rather than the "Insert" from the
Display Gallery. The display gallery seems to offer only the one month
option. Do you have any suggestions for how I can get the 12 month calendar
to transfer more successfully to my booklet? Thanks, Gail

If you "paste special" each calendar as a new table, it will work. (Don't copy
the month title) You will have to adjust every paste.

I created a small calendar in Publisher, you could rearrange it to fit, it was
created with tables. It wouldn't be too hard to adjust some of the dates. It is
here, just above the stars:

Thanks, Mary! I will work with that one but I'm not sure I"m going to have
enough time this time to get the calendar in because I've noticed that when I
try to paste the calendar on the back cover, it seems to cause layout shifts
back on earlier pages so at this point I probably don't have time to figure
it all out for this year's edition. But once I get it off to the printer,
I'm going to start now to get it added to the booklet so that next year I
won't have this problem. Thanks so much for your help, Gail

Let me know how it goes. If you find a workaround I would like to know about it.
Other folks would benefit. Thanks for the update.
