Looking for a USB portable MS Outlook program

I have MS Outlook 2003 running on my PC and I am looking for a portable
Outlook program that I can run from a USB memory and it would allow me to
read my Outlook contacts (contacts.pst) on the road. I just want to read
and not modify or synch.
