looping license accept

Have (re)installed Project Server. When attempting to log
in initially as administrator, am prompted with accepting
Web Components license. When I check "accept" and click
next, the license page returns... over and over and over.
Anyone know how to get past this?

I had a similar problem. After performing the following
steps the issue was resolved.

1. On the client, start Internet Explorer and close any
window displaying the Project Web Access pages.
2. Click "Tools->Internet Options"
3. On the General tab, click Settings and then click "View
Objects"
4. Locate the following two items listed in
the "Downloaded Program Files" folder.
- PjAdoInfo2 Class
- Pj10enuC Class
5. Right click on one of them and then click Remove to
remove the ActiveX control.
6. Remove both controls.
7. Go back to the "Internet Options" window.
8. For Internet Explorer 6, click "Delete Cookies". If you
are using Internet Explorer 5, click "Delete Files"
NOTE: You may want to backup the cookies first if you
stored your information within them. You can just copy the
cookies to a backup folder.
9. Click OK to close the Internet Options window.
10. Access Project Server Web Access window and follow the
instruction to accept the license and install the controls.
